Many people will tell you that this 75 hard challenge is not good for you, and they will tell you a bunch of reasons which are all rubbish.

The 75 Hard Challenge, Launched by Andy Frisella in 2019, the high-intensity, food, fitness and brain challenge, has gone viral on places like TikTok.

The program’s website says it’s “not a fitness challenge. 75 Hard is a transformative mental toughness program.” There are a set of 5 simple rules, which you have to follow for 75 days straight without stopping.

Also, if you fail in any one of these 5 tasks on any day, you have to restart the whole program.

Why do I recommend the 75 Hard challenge ?

The one thing i will make it clear that i was not exactly following the 75 hard challenge, i was doing something called “PROJECT 50” which as the name suggests, was for 50 days but it was very similar and i did not end it after completing 50 days.

It changed my life from all angles, be it fitness, nutrition, my consistency as an athlete, EVERYHING

There are six 75 Hard rules you must complete every day for 75 days;

Engaging in two 45-minute workouts each day, for 75 days will test your mental toughness and build strong self discipline.

One Outdoor workout everyday will improve mood and motivation, making the 75 Hard Challenge a transformative experience.

  • Adhering to a diet. You can pick the diet, but you can’t cheat.

Sticking to a chosen diet without cheats is crucial for success in the 75 Hard Challenge.

This commitment will help build self control and promote healthier eating habits, leading to lasting lifestyle changes and improved well-being.

  • Reading 10 pages of a self-help or educational book.

Reading 10 pages of a self-help or educational book daily will foster personal growth and enhance mental resilience.

This daily habit will encourage continuous learning and will significantly contribute to your overall transformation during the challenge.

  • Drinking a gallon of water.

Drinking a gallon of water each day is essential for hydration and overall health. Proper hydration will support physical performance and cognitive function, helping you stay energized and focused throughout the 75 Hard Challenge.

  • Taking a progress picture.

This is my personal favorite.

When you will take a progress picture everyday, maybe the first 2 weeks you won’t notice change, but let’s say day 55 or 60 ,compared to day 1 will increase your confidence like a superhuman ! Not to mention the boost in your motivation after just 2-3 weeks will be unreal.

This rule will allow you to visually track your transformation during the challenge.
