ABOUT US

My name is Sankam Mishra. I am a struggling cricketer in New Delhi, India. More importantly i am a man from a middle class family with big aspirations and dreams.

As men we face a lot of problems in our life specially in our journey from being a child to someone who takes responsibilities, regarding creating our own value, be it financial or from a fitness or appearance perspective etc. With this blog I’ve got solutions of many problems that us men face in our daily lives.

Each blog that i write is inspired by the experiences of my own life and i will continue writing just as i will continue experiencing new things, and it will surely help you to figure out your life to an extent in the world.

This is just my small contribution in trying to help every man who is facing similar kind of issues in his life.

NOTHING WORKS, UNTILL YOU DO.

This is one of the quotes that has inspired me a lot. For most of my teenage years, i was a fat kid who used to be bullied and called names a lot. obviously i never liked that and i wanted to change for the better. I tried a lot but didn’t have those resources or knowledge that i needed, or so i thought.

Things got worse when covid arrived, and i hit my max weight which was 84 kgs and i was not doing good in other areas of life as well. That’s when i decided to make a change in my life and since i did not have any knowledge about a fitness transformation whatsoever, i started jump rope and crunches as my workout.

I started rejecting all the processed food that came in front of me and had only homecooked meals. Also i was simultaneously gathering knowledge about these things through the internet, and i have probably watched every fat loss youtube video there is lol.

The problem was that good pieces of knowledge was always scattered and i never found everything at one place, which is one of the reasons why i have started this blog, so that people going through their own fitness transformation do not have to go through the same thing.

Slowly i was on the right track and i started getting results. At present i am 58kgs and in the best shape of my life. The underrated thing about fitness is that it also helps you mentally.

following are my own progress pictures; i hope they inspire you .
